A spectacular Hock glass c1910 which has a amethyst bowl with very detailed flower and leaf cutting above a six sided notch and slice cut stem and star cut foot.

English lead. this is by one of the top English manufacturers in Stourbridge. The quality of the workmanship is of the highest order. Despite best endeavours we have been unable to match the cutting pattern to museum or textbook examples. Most probably Brierley Hill’s finest . Stevens and Williams as the bowl shape. colour. stem . stem cutting and foot all match attributed examples.

It measures 8 inches tall with a 2 ½ inch rim and 2 3/4 inch foot.

No chips cracks or restoration. If you want to brighten up the christmas table this will certainly do that !
