In 1926 Pierre left Lalique in 1926 to make his own pieces which were made by Cristallerie de Saint-Rémy. He worked on designs for other manufactories until 1939 when he began working on his own designs and these designs were produced by Cristallerie de Choisy-le-Roi (Sèvres).
