Condition : No chips or cracks and the enamels are good. A light internal limescale bloom

This small decorating shop in Paris exhibited at the 1923 and 1925 decorative arts exhibitions both held in Paris.
This was intended for nothing more than water for Pastis. If intended for for wine or spirits it would have had a fill line. a measurement point for it to be legal in France after 1894
Delvaux made most of their wares for the cafes and retailers of Paris. I used to live in Neuilly-sur-Seine district in Paris on the north of the Bois De Boulogne. On the far side was the Rue Poussin and the Cafe Poussin who made an outstanding Rum Baba….I wonder.
