This is clearly inspired by Islamic design. Heckert was a highly regareded decorating shop in Petersdorf. they also produced some of their own glass in addition to buying in blanks from Josephinehutte and others. Some Heckert decorated glass can be dorectly attribited to Theresienthal. the pattern books still exist. however source attribition is not always possible.
