London based Claydon Robbins were importers of foreign glassware. mostly perfume bottles and decoratibe objects. They would adorn with their oen silver trim. We know from previous examples they they were importing from Austria and Bohemia.
The silver may be repaired of simply removed. This is a bargain piece of turn of the century cameo glass.
