Bowl : Cup shaped. hammered moulding
Stem : Annular collar. applied notched spiral rigaree band on a hollow stem
Foot : Conical. foot and stem are made from the same piece of glass. 
Pontil : Snapped 
Glass Type : Lead
Size :  11.6cm height. 8cm diameter bowl. 7.2cm diameter foot 
Condition : Excellent. no chips or cracks. Some inclusions within the glass
Restoration : None 
Weight: 121 grams 

At the turn of the century it became popular for glassmakers to replicate older designs. most notably this was done by James Powell and Sons in their “Glasses with Histories” range. This is a replica of glass made in the low countries in the second half of the 16th century.
