Bowl : Engraved with crown above royal cipher and year 1937 set within a cartouche of cut and polished oak leaves and acorns opposite rose, shamrock and thistle
Foot : Thick conical
Pontil : Polished
Glass Type : Lead crystal
Size :  14.5cm height,  10.0 cm diameter bowl, 8.5cm diameter foot 
Condition : Excellent, no chips or cracks , just a few small scratches adjacent to the thistle
Restoration : None 
Weight:  871 grams 

One and a quarter pints , 5 gills if you prefer, with room for the head on a beer

This is the first such example that we have seen. All cuts have been acid polished, a sign of quality.
