Decoration : In the style of an early 19th century mahogany box. inlaid with boxwood and harewood marquetry; floral designs within continuous keyline stringing to both sides. the front. top and curved lid section; contains six stoppered square-profile bottles of late 18th and early 19th century form. un-named and all with the same gilt decoration to the shoulders. neck and stopper; the whole lined with green baize. and with a simple six-section divider to separate the bottles
Size : 27.7 cm wide x 23.5 cm high x 19.0 cm deep
Condition : Very good; box with slight loss to one corner of the lid and a very few minor scuffs on the body along with some losses to the edge of the base; bottles – no damage – very little wear
Restoration : Base has been re-felted
