Decoration : Panel fluted capitals with flared rims. Ovoid original detachable sconces with bands of decoration that is mirrored on the shoulder at the top of the column. The tapered and convex fluted column and foot and also finished with decorative bands that are a continuation of that on the sconces.
Size : Height 27.8cm
Condition : Excellent. The rims of the bases are free from any blemishes. The condition is remarkable.
Restoration : Bases re-felted
Weight : 1901grams combined. The bases were loaded to improve stability when made.
The homage to Robert Adam is a faithful one. These are simply stunning.
