Origin : Sheffield. Yorkshire. England

Decoration : Detachable sconces with scalloped rim and repousse shell design. Stems with shell decoration. baluster section with leaf design. reed annulated knop. Cast scallop shell terraced foot.  Each engraved with a leopard emerging from a ducal coronet – the crest of the Buckle family.
Size :  Height 23.3cm. base 10.7×10.7cm
Condition : Both with a number of dings. particularly around the foot. On one capital there is indentation but the drip pan is easily removable. The resin used to load one stick has come loose internally and it does rattle a little when shaken
