Decoration : Tapered body with reeded decoration. Hinged cover with fan shaped thumb piece. Engraved armorial with three lions couchant on the cover and a crest with arm supporting a dog on the flank.
Size : Height 19cm to top of thumb piece. base diameter 11.3cm
Condition : Excellent. Light scratched only

This is the heaviest 18th century tankard that we have offered for sale. It was made from an excellent gauge and to endure the centuries.
