Decoration : Engraved with "To Konrad von Kottwitz with great esteem and affection from his friends at Willis Faber and Dumas" this is a later addition. Willis Faber merged with Dumas & Wylie in 1928 so this is the earliest date for the engraving
Size :  21cm height
Condition : Good, one small ding to the crown of the lid
Restoration : None
Weight :  764 grams, 24.5 Ozt 

Wills Faber Dumas must have been collecting an awful lot of insurance premiums from Konrad von Kottwitz to justify such generosity. They are still collecting premia from their Norman Foster designed HQ in Ipswich.
