A first period Worcester trio. decorated in the ‘Compagnie des Indes’ style (named after the Honourable East India Company. which was responsible for the importation of Chinese Export porcelain and had other privileges such as control of the importation of silk in return for opium. I digress ) with Chinese flowers and central mixed spray of flowers within a gilt wreath. smaller sprigs scattered around. a diaper border in shades of puce inside gilt rims Circa 1778
Minor nibbles to footrims but no cracks or restoration
