Eric Knowles Comments :

This sucrier shows of the Kempthorne pattern at it’s resplendent best. The underglaze blue branches contrasted with the overglaze leaves and flower-heads lend real depth to this piece. and the gilding. which is still in fantastic condition. enhances this effect.
