Condition : Very good. minor losses to enamelling and gilding and a short  firing crack at 1 o’clock on the rim. Shallow scratches to centre.

There has been speculation in the past that this is a Giles design. However. it lacks the distinctive Giles features that one would typically expect. It is possible that Giles was copying the Japanese original but we strongly suspect this was decorated elsewhere.
