Pattern : Rose and bud at centre of saucer and cup blue and gilded blue band to the edge.
Condition : Excellent, no chips or cracks
Restoration : None 
Dimensions : 6.4cm height, 7.4cm diameter bowl, 4.4cm diameter foot. 15cm diameter saucer. 
Weight : 200 grams

We have not been able to find a reference for this, however, it is most likely Coalport. The shape was used heavily by the manufacturer and the decoration is typical see A Compendium of British Cups by Michael Berthoud Pg. 115.
