Restoration : This suite has been fully restored using traditional methods and with no corners cut. All old polish was removed and the shellac replaced. to this layers of wax are added and the process is completed with a final burnishing. This technique gives pieces a much deeper. richer and more long lasting finish and promotes the underlying veneers to show at their most vibrant best. The chairs have been reupholstered to a high standard using a faux suede fabric which is comfortable. long wearing. stain resistant and meets international fire regulations.
