The battles of St Vincent, the Nile, The Glorious First of June and Camperdown are all commemorated. They were the greatest British Naval victories during a golden period from 1994 to 1798 and are directly referenced by the the name of the lauded Admiral and date of the battle.
Earl Vincent (John Jervis) St Vincent February 14th 1797
Viscount Duncan , Battle of Camperdown 11th October 1797
Earl Howe ( Richard Howe) The Glorious 1st of June
Viscount Nelson ( Horatio Nelson) Battle of The Nile 1st August 1798
Dated 1802 within a cartouche this is entirely credible. This must have been engraved before the pinnacle and final act of Nelsons career at Trafalgar in 1805.
