Description
An excellent Georgian engraved Whisky tumbler c1790 with a tapered bowl engraved with tulips and cut olives around the rim. it has solid section to the base. Polished pontil on the foot.
English lead. no chips cracks or restoration. it measures 4 ½ inches tall with a 3 ¾ inch bowl and 2 9/16 inch base.
It has a small air bubble in the bowl as shown. This is not a defect. it i a feature of period glass. Excellent dark metal.
