The cutting is so highly irregular and the polishing poor. Every polished facet. there are twenty two cuts within each diamond formation has been polished on a wood block with pumice as evidenced by the band of parallel five scratches remaining at the outside edge of each cut. This will have been cut on a treddle powered by the cutter. We have only seen one similar cutting pattern on some wine rinsers.
One for the whisky lover.
