SOLD – Georgian Marriage Glass Tumbler c1804

Description

This is a superb large Georgian Engraved Glass Tumbler which was engraved to celebrate the marriage of William and Mary Birchall in 1804. It has a tapered bowl with the names and date on the front and is surrounded by fine leaf and flower engravings. Polished pontil to the base along with the original collector’s sticker.

English lead. no chips cracks or restoration. it measures 5 inches tall with a 4 inch rim.
