A Georgian Glass Tumbler which dates to c1780

An excellent Georgian Glass Tumbler which dates to end of the 18^th cen. It has convex sides and feature associated with Irish tumblers. The metal has a blue-grey hue and contains numerous inclusions. the bowl is heavily striated and as pucella marks (stop start) to the rim. There is excellent wear on the foot which has a snapped pontil. It was purchased as part of a collection in Wicklow Ireland.

There are two small faint scratches (tooth marks) just below the rim of the bowl. other than that it is in excellent condition. It stands 4 7/8th inches with a 3 7/8th bowl and 2 7/8th conical foot. Lead glass
