Description
A Georgian Plain Stem Ale Glass from c1750.
It has a drawn trumpet bowl which has been finely engraved with hops and barley above a conical folded foot with snapped pontil.
English lead. no chips cracks or restoration. it measures 5 ½ inches tall with a 2 1/8 inch bowl and 2 5/8 inch foot. Every collection should have at least one example.
