This would make a very fine champagne glass as sadly the wine-strength ale of the Georgian ale market is no longer widely available. This suitability for a modern drink makes this stunning opaque twist ale glass highly useable.
It is so rare to see a Georgian ale glass with such a large foot. This may easily be polished or filled. The former would reduce the foot by 2 to 3mm in diameter. We have no undertaken this as it would be a shame to do so. A resin fill would be the far better option. Please ask for details
