Bowl : Lipped funnel with applied annular band. There is a clear join in the band
Stem : Capstan
Foot : Conical
Pontil : Polished

Size : 12.1cm height. 5.5cm diameter bowl. 6.6cm diameter foot
Condition : Excellent. Several pieces of clinket within the bowl and a prominent black fleck in the stem.

There were so many copies made of this 19th century style during the first thirty years of the 20th century that it is a real pleasure to have a genuine 19th century example. This was an attic discovery in Cirencester and is the first dram glass with an annulated band
