Description
A very nice Georgian Marriage Engraved Firing Glass which dates to c1750.
It has a drawn Trumpet Bowl and Stem. the bowl being beautifully engraved with two different sets of initials on each side within a floral cartouche. the rim having similar engraving.
Thick Firing Foot which has a rough snapped pontil.
English lead. no chips cracks or restoration. it measures 4 1/8 inches tall with a 2 ¼ inch bowl and 2 ¾ inch foot.
