Georgian Port Glass with Folded Foot c.1740

Description

This lovely port glass has a manufacturing flaw. There is a large slag seed in the knop that has resulted in the knop being improperly formed. This is why it is in the basement. It is in perfect period condition. The bucket bowl has been engraved with ears of barley and it stands 3 7/8th inches tall with a 2 1/4 inch bowl and 2 3/8th inch folded foot with a snapped pontil.
