Pontil : Snapped
Glass Type : Lead 
Size :  7.8cm height,  5.0cm diameter bowl, 4.6cm diameter foot 
Condition : No chips or cracks .
Restoration :
The rim of the foot has been polished
Weight: 83 grams

This fails the spoon test and common sense. When filled the capacity is almost four teaspoons. The meanest of servings of jelly but a good shot of spirits.
