Bowl : Incurved bucket with a cut band of fine diamonds
Stem : Plain with medial disc knop
Foot : Thick low conical
Pontil : Snapped
Glass Type : Heavy high lead content
Size :  13.0 cm height.  8.0cm diameter bowl. 8.0cm diameter foot 
Condition : Excellent. no chips or cracks

Possibly Irish. but definitively Irish they are not. Irish attribution is rarely possible with relatively standard forms.
