Origin : England or Ireland – possibly Cork
Colour : Clear. grey blue hue
Bowl : Abbreviated barrel; petal-cut to bottom third; engraved with series of crosses on frosted band
Stem : Facet-cut ball knop on a capstan stem
Foot : Conical
Pontil : Polished
Glass Type : Lead
Size : 14.4 cm height. 8.1 cm diameter bowl. 7.8 cm diameter foot
Condition : Excellent. no chips or cracks; some small bubbles within the foot and slight mossing to the foot-rim
Restoration : None
Weight: 256 grams

The V and A attribute this to England or Ireland. The engraving style and lead blue colour does give the Irish attribution some merit.
