This may possibly be Irish, but definitively Irish it is not. Positive Irish attribution is rarely possible with relatively standard forms. The book "Old Irish Glass" by Mrs Graydon Stannus is a must read for it is a criminal identity parade and enough to ensure that attribution to Irish origins must always be treated with caution.
