Bowl : Incurved bucket with a cut band of fine diamonds
Stem : Plain with medial disc knop
Foot : Thick conical
Pontil : Snapped
Glass Type : Heavy high lead content
Size :  12.8 cm height.  8.3cm diameter bowl. 8.3cm diameter foot 
Condition : Excellent. no chips or cracks 
Restoration : None 
Weight:  295 grams 

This may possibly be Irish. but definitively Irish it is not. Positive Irish attribution is rarely possible with relatively standard forms. The book “Old Irish Glass” by Mrs Graydon Stannus is a must read for it is a criminal identity parade and enough to ensure that attribution to Irish origins must always be treated with caution.
