Bowl : In-curved bucket. Engraved with a post mill and ears of ears of barley and leaves that form a cartouche with the initials WES. Dated 1818
Stem :Capstan with medial blade knop
Foot : Conical
Pontil : Snapped
Glass Type : Lead
Size :  Height 16.8cm, bowl 10.0cm and foot 9.0cm
Condition : Excellent
Restoration : None
Weight: 562g

The majority of such post mills were and still are concentrated in the south east of England.
