Heading : John Pearson copper box – Arts and Crafts
Date : Dated 1900
Period : Victoria
Origin : Newlyn, Cornwall
Decoration : Central stylised leaf decoration with plain back and sides. Front decorated with petals. Interior is wood with green wash. Initialled JP 1900.
Size :  31cm max width, 9.5cm height
Condition : Fair – large ding to front directly to the left of the latch – this has not split. Otherwise light wear, tarnishing and minor dents. Latch not totally aligned but still closes, though there is a smile to the left hand side.
