Description
Heading : Danish or Finnish Guilloche Silver Spoon c1910
Date :c1910

Size : Length 11.5cm
Condition : Excellent, no losses, scratches nor damage
Restoration :None
Weight : 27 grams
This is in the Russian Imperial style. On all previous Russian examples it was the underside of the bowl that was enamelled, not the interior bowl. They were also marked 84 zolotnik silver and not 925. Interestingly the Faberge work master Henrik Wigstrom was a Finnish diaspora and there were other foreign employees within the workshop. Styles would have been taken home upon their return or simply copied by those with the requisite skills elsewhere.
