A mid 19th century gothic revival style. A beautifully executed handle with fine chasing, vine leaf attachments and grapes on the lower terminal. Matching finial and cast spout with fruiting vine decoration. A quality item top to bottom, with original Selfridges receipt from 1988 for £450. New modern equivalents are approaching £1000.
