Decoration : Scroll handle. cover with thumb piece. internally parcel gilt. The upper section has a small hinged brush stand above a perforated bowl directly above the main body of the piece which has a large rounded pouring rim.
Size :  10.2cm height. 15cm max width
Condition : Excellent
Restoration : A 5.5mm repair in the seam on the base to ensure this is water tight. Professionally cleaned
