Decoration : Central floral mosaic – stickware border. Side panels with distictive stylised interlacing arches. Interior contains lift out tray containing a collection of sewing paraphernalia.
Size : 17.9x13cm, 9.5cm height
Condition : A little lifting to the cover and a small area of tesserae loss to the floral mosaic
Restoration : There are two corners of the base where the veneer appears to have been restuck professionally
Weight : 547 grams
Although we cannot find an exact match we believe this to be the work of Edmund Nye.
