Description
Former music journalist Andy McConnell has written more books on ancient and antique glassware than anyone else alive. How someone managed to migrate from Steppenwolf, Jefferson Airplane, and the Grateful Dead to Orefors and Kosta Boda is a mystery to all, possibly including Andy himself.
His TV appearances have been memorable, drinking urine from a witches bottle and giving a valuation of 50 pence on the Antiques Roadshow are the tip of the iceberg for this affable eccentric.
Andy is going to regale you with a soliloquy of tall tales and short stories that have emanated from his varied career. Expect to be entertained and nothing more.
As usual this will be held at the Pantiles Arcade, Tunbridge Wells, and wine and canapes are included.
Doors open at 7PM for a 7:30 start.
