Lanel originally designed the Ondulations range of barware for the SS Normandie. The SS Normandie was the height of Roaring Twenties splendor and was famously decorated by René Lalique. The US military interned the ship at the outbreak of WW2 and she sadly capsized after a fire in New York Harbor.
