This is unmarked, however, the decorative style is distinctly French and turn of the century. The French are the undisputed masters of enamelled glass. There were numerous producers of decorative glassware throughout France. There was also a secondary business in decorating blanks in Paris, Philippe Brocard and Marcel Goupy being amongst the most well known. This is vibrant and very bold like most Goupy designs.
Attribution may never be achieved, however this has it's own artistic merits.
