Pattern : Model ‘d17’ patten number ‘8226’
Features : Ribbed and flaring body. applied rigaree foot ring
Saucer Size : 3 7/8 inches tall by approx.12 3/4 inches in diameter
Condition : Excellent. no chips or cracks. clean and clear
Restoration : None
Weight : 1250 grams 

Additional Information : Shape designed by Barnaby Powell in 1929 who produced two sizes with slightly varing decoration. featured in the 1940 Whitefriars catalogue which is available for online viewing here http://www.whitefriars.com/catalogues/contents.php?id=602. The smaller bowl’s pattern number differs ‘9090‘. This shape was also used for patern 8583 which is of a threaded design.
