This is unmarked. however. the decorative style is distinctivelyturn of the century. The French are the undisputed masters of enamelled glass. There were numerous producers of decorative glassware throughout France. There was also a secondary business in decorating blanks in Paris. Philippe Brocard and Marcel Goupy being amongst the most well known. This is vibrant and very bold like most Goupy designs.
Many thanks to Reinhard and his images from the museum in Passau. we can confirm that this is Harrach. Passauer Glass Museum: “The Bohemian Glass 1700-1950 .” Volume IV. Art Nouveau in Bohemia. p193.
