Bowl Features : Classic ‘Antique Glass’ bubbles to the body with white powdered enamel. Deep read colouring to the base and two trailing rams head handles.

Additional Information :

Part of Emanuel Beranek’s “Antique Glass” range. Beranek created the bubbles by dissolving carbonates into the melt. Czech glass makers evolved the technique during the Second World War to hide impurities in low quality glass and they found it so beautiful and popular that they continued making it after better quality materials became available. They produced the colours with powdered enamel.
