Is there a single person in Britain who has never heard of Scott of the Antarctic? One of our most famous national heroes. Robert Falcon Scott. simply known as Captain Scott has captured the imagination of the nation with his fateful attempt to beat Roald Amundsen to the South Pole in 1912.

However. 6 years before Scott’s final expedition he was living at 56 Oakley Street in Chelsea. London. an address that now bears a blue plaque in his name.  He had recently been appointed a position with Naval Intelligence at The Admiralty and it is from this time that this signature hails. We have taken the liberty of mounting it for display alongside a facsimile photogravure portrait by Maull & Fox. with facsimile signature of Scott in his Naval uniform from the same period. The mount can easily be removed if desired.

Own a true piece of history.
