Decoration : A small trapezoidal silver plaquette (mirroring the shape of the box) mounted to the centre of the lid; working press-catch to hold the lid shut; eight internal divisions to accommodate different sized needles; one small silver pin head mounted beneath the closure catch
Size : 5.4 cm high x 3.2 cm wide x 3.7 cm deep
Condition : Excellent; no chips. cracks or flakes
Restoration : None
Weight :  31 grams

Note : Case is marked for Lunds of London – who were the needle-makers (amongst other things); the case includes an appropriately sized pack of needles in each of the graduated compartments (made by Lunds themselves. and other manufacturers)
