Neck : Tapering with an applied string rim and marver lines
Foot : Sticky ball pontil
Size : Approximately 20cm tall and 13.5cm in diameter at the base   
Condition : One chip to the string rim as shown
Restoration : None
Weight : 1027 grams

Additional Information : During the mallet to cylinder transitional period mallet shaped bottles became progressively more straight sided and taller and the diameter reduced. This bottle is from the early trasnitional period.
