Additional Information : A superb baluster example with an Arthur Churchill dealers label on the underside of the foot. Arthur Churchill Glass Limited was one of the most highly regarded dealers and authors about antique glass from the 1930s through to the 1970s. the company is now dissolved. Churchill is best know for the “glass notes” of which there were I believe sixteen annual publications. the last being in 1956/7. At the time the major dealers were Delomosne. WGT Burne and Maureen Thompson. the first two are still in existence.
