Description
An exceptional Georgian Glass Oil & Vinegar Bottle which dates to the middle of the 18th cen. It has two spouts. one for each of the two compartments with the seal down the middle. Each spout would have originally had a small cork stopper and has applied trailing wound round the neck. Sits on a high conical folded foot which has a snapped pontil.
This piece was originally part of the Prof & Mrs P.H. Plesch collection and still has the sticker attached.
Continental in original. it has no chips cracks or restoration and measures 6 ¼ inches tale.
