Description
“Guttere” is a very old German word for throat. The guttere glass carafes are almost aways known as “Kuttrolf” or “Gluggerflasche” in error. An exceptional piece. with a wide pouring rim and applied neck collar. The body has been engraved with flowers and folia and its sits on a high applied conical folded foot.
German in origin. it measures 10 inches tall and will hold a full bottle of wine. No chips cracks or restoration. Some minor residue internally.
